End User License Agreement
Last updated September 30, 2026
1. Your license
As long as you follow this End User License Agreement (“EULA”) and the Terms of Service, and your subscription (if any) is paid, Shift gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Shift software through your web browser for your own business.
2. What you can't do
- Copy, modify, or make derivative works of the software, except as the law allows.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or try to extract its source code, except as the law allows.
- Rent, resell, sublicense, or share access with others.
- Remove notices of ownership.
- Use the software to build a competing product.
3. Ownership
The software is licensed, not sold. Shift and its licensors keep all rights to it. You keep ownership of your business information and Google Ads data.
4. AI output
You may use the explanations, keywords, and ad text Shift writes for you in your own business. Because AI writes similar things for others, we don't promise that output is unique. You are responsible for reviewing it before you use or approve it.
5. Updates
Shift updates the software automatically. Updates may add, change, or remove features. This EULA applies to every version.
6. When the license ends
The license ends when your account ends or if you break this EULA or the Terms of Service. The disclaimers, limits of liability, and governing law in the Terms of Service also apply to this EULA.
